Our experiences manufacturing & selling of our Equipment have resulted in
some frequently asked questions?
1st) How does your Equipment compare with others on the market?
Since we Manufacture Star-Seal Asphalt Pavement Sealer in South Florida,
our customers work year-round.
We always manufacture our equipment based on being used 12 months a year.
We have been told that some of our components are "Over-Kill"...
But we believe that it is better to Have More...Than Not Enough!!
As a contractor, You cannot Afford "Down-Time"...
All of our components
(Engine, Compressor, Pumps, Trailer size, Brakes, Hoses, Fittings, Couplings, & etc.)
on any of our equipment are "Top-Of-The-Line"...
2nd) What size tank do I need?
Where is the nearest location of material?...
How long will I have to spend on the road to get the material?...
Will I be paying a Crew to ride, or sit while picking-up material?...
The cost of up-sizing your machine will be more expensive intitally...
However, Paying a crew while you are on the road isn't cheap either...
Being on the road getting the material, instead of being on the job applying the material,
DOES NOT get the job done any faster, (or You Paid any Quicker)!
3rd) How many square feet will a full tank cover?

Please note-Coverage rates should Always be based on 2-Coat coverage rate!
4th) Why Trailers & not Skid-Mounted?
A trailered unit gives you more versatility on the use of your truck.
Primary issue being that companies,
no matter where they are located,
did not want their Expensive Pick-Up Truck being tied down to just one use....
For Companies that experience Winter,
they wanted to be able to use their truck for other forms of revenue,
i.e. snowplowing, hauling, & other incidents that could increase
Their Revenue when sealcoating was Not an option!
